Cancelation policy

Here at August & Ivy Salon we understand things come up. To protect our stylist and their time, we require 24 hour notice upon appointment cancellation. If you no call, no show or cancel after 24 hours you will be charge 100% of your scheduled service. Upon booking any future appointments we will require that balance being paid in full.

Late policy

Due to our stylist being in high demand, when a client is more then 15 minutes late 100% of the service will be charge and will be asked to be rescheduled.
